I've been doing this for a little over a year. The studio is welcoming with great equipment, competent instructors, and they even have coffee! They offer trial classes. And the regulars have become my friends! I love it!

My husband and I have been doing Pilates for 3 years, the space is lovely, super well-equipped. And the instructors are excellent, they even take personal issues into account; in my case, I have osteoporosis and they create specific exercises for me. I highly recommend it. Gratitude to Sara, who was our teacher for a long time, and to Paula and Kayla.
